At our production sites, Freilassing and Fürstenwalde, we produce high quality industrial goods. The quality of our products is guaranteed, notwithstanding comprehensive measures to the protection of the environment.
With our own foundry, we are able to fully meet our clients needs in terms of quality.
We achieve the highest level of quality and flexibility thanks to an above average high vertical range of manufacture in the newest production plants.
Cast iron which is delivered to us is processed in our state-of-the-art CNC manufacturing facilities. After an aggressive radiation treatment, the EWS Epoxy coating, an epoxy powder coating according to the whirl sintering method, is smelted on the heated casting surface.
We use industrial robots to ensure the constant layer thickness of at least 250µm, in accordance with regulations by the Gütegemeinschaft Schwerer Korrosionsschutz von Armaturen und Formstücken durch Pulverbeschichtung e.v. (GSK), Nürnberg.
The elastomer and plastic parts needed for the end assembly are produced in our own plants.
